kmemtrace: fix kernel parameter documentation

The kmemtrace.enable kernel parameter no longer works. To enable
kmemtrace at boot-time, you must pass "ftrace=kmemtrace" instead.

[ Impact: remove obsolete kernel parameter documentation ]
