perf beauty: Wire up the renameat flags table generator to the Makefile
Now when we run 'make -C tools/perf O=/tmp/build/perf' we end up with:
$ cat /tmp/build/perf/trace/beauty/generated/rename_flags_array.c

[0 + 1] = "NOREPLACE",
[1 + 1] = "EXCHANGE",
[2 + 1] = "WHITEOUT",
};
