perf config: Rename to HAVE_DWARF_GETLOCATIONS_SUPPORT
In Makefile.config, to make all libraries flags have _SUPPORT suffix,
rename HAVE_DWARF_GETLOCATIONS to HAVE_DWARF_GETLOCATIONS_SUPPORT
