Interesting trigger of the recently added DEBUG_NET_WARN_ON_ONCE in
udp_set_len_short called in udp_v6_send_skb.

No reproducer yet, so probably not very actionable at this point.
A mostly straightforward looking ipv6 udp sendmsg path.
