Where we parse and set the value of the variable, we do this:
else if (!strcmp("uploadpack.keepalive", var)) {
keepalive = git_config_int(var, value);
if (!keepalive)
keepalive = -1;
}
The condition may have to become "if (keepalive <= 0)".
