It's real clunky saying, "Okay, everyone, type in this url .
They are the words that should appear prominently in your headlines and hyperlinks. Value is a trade-off. Best of all, most of us didn't even need to look at the instructions to get the hang of it .
So if you have thousands, even millions, of visitors to your Web site, how do you talk to each one as an individual? Guess which one predisposes me to take action. We couldn't responsibly justify our existance without them.
