We have had many people with bugreports that turned out to be gcc CSE bug which is not patched in buildroot. And the fact the build root doesnt seem to install the config files for alsa-lib. For testing here we always use images generated by OpenEmbedded www.openembedded.org. So that gets better ALSA support for ASoC stuff anyway :-) Graeme
