[PATCH] ASoC: sgtl5000: Place optional properties in the correct section

'micbias-resistor-k-ohms' and 'micbias-voltage-m-volts' are optional
properties, so move them below the 'Optional properties' line.

While at it, fix a typo in 'mentioned'.
