This patch adds basic support for Mediatek AFE for MT2701 SoC.
The patch is based on broonie tree "for-next" branch.

* remove SND_SOC_MEDIATEK config prompt
* fix config prompt to meaningful one for SND_SOC_MT2701_CS42448
* remove some unnecessary random space change

* move mutex lock for irq-allocated to AFE struct

* fix dapm on/off switch control naming
