Subject: UCM2: RODECaster Pro II: Add new Multitrack mappings for 1.7.3 firmware
Date: Sun, 22 Mar 2026 14:33:43 +0100 (CET)	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <189f2d26441c5d00-webhooks-bot@alsa-project.org> (raw)

alsa-project/alsa-ucm-conf pull request #729 was opened from parzival-space:

RODE recently changed the mappings for the "Multitrack Output" functionality of the RODECaster Pro II.
Instead of having fixed virtual devices for specific channels, the RODECaster will now output whatever the user assigned to the specific faders on the device itself.
They introduced two new USB PIDs for this `0094` (new multitrack input & output) and `0092` (new multitrack output only).

This PR adds the mappings for the new more generic devices.
I used the channel layout provided by RODE as a reference: [The RØDECaster Pro II / Duo Multitrack Channel Layout](https://help.rode.com/hc/en-us/articles/15412830674959-The-R%C3%98DECaster-Pro-II-Duo-Multitrack-Channel-Layout)
