[PATCH 1/2] ALSA: hda: export snd_hda_codec_cleanup_for_unbind()

To avoid duplicated code for cleanup, and match the already exported
snd_hda_codec_pcm_new(), also export snd_hda_codec_cleanup_for_unbind().
