Summary:                    SPDF and Line out simultaneously
Description: 
I tried to get the answer from user and dev lists to this question: how to
configure the driver to make SPDF and Line-out work simultaneously. I was
not lucky to get an answer. I have concluded, it's impossible. So -
reporting the bug.

It is almost impossible to do any serious mastering/editing work without
such opportunity.

If you still remember, we have tried about 6 patches to resolve the issue,
but without success. Probably an opposite way is possible: to mirror an
spdif out to analog rather analog to spdif. From user's point  (or, at
least, my one :-)) these ways are equal.

OK, point taken
Then "spdif" device isn't appropriate because it outputs via a special PCM
device (hw:0,2) for raw output to avoid the modification of data.

You may output to SPDIF from hw:0,0 and toggling "IEC958 Optical Raw"
switch manually (may need "SB Live Analog/Digital Output Jack", too).
