Description:
envy24control adds midi support, but if it receives data from a controller
with ID '0' it will crash.

this fix doesn't really work all the time. the root of the problem is the
insane system of memory address computations based on midi controller
numbers, yuck.

this works around the problem, but may break other functionality. FYI i
have no clue what is going on in the source code and the last 3 hours are
enough, i have the work around working, and it's time for a break.
