These artefacts are not present in the input itself and are not audible during the recording itself, but are present in the resulting recording. I've tried recording from several different devices on the same line-in port, and the noise is consistent. I've spoken to several other AmigaOne owners with the same sound card, all of whom can reproduce the problem. Attached is a recording from my Roland MT-32 synthesizer module. Aside from normalization, it's unaltered from the original recording. ====================================================================== ---------------------------------------------------------------------- rlrevell - 11-17-04 19:21 ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Can you verify this bug still exists with latest ALSA version, 1.0.7? ---------------------------------------------------------------------- jdthood - 03-23-05 15:29 ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Submitter: Has there been any progress on this issue in later ALSA releases?
