Summary: License on two files lacks GPL version option
Description:
Most alsa-utils source files contain this text:
* This program is free software; you can redistribute it and/or modify
* it under the terms of the GNU General Public License as published by
* the Free Software Foundation; either version 2 of the License, or
* (at your option) any later version.
However, two files contain this text:
* This program is free software; you can redistribute it and/or modify
* it under the terms of the GNU General Public License version 2 as
* published by the Free Software Foundation.
The latter text does not grant the user the option of using a later
version of the GPL.
I found the anomalous license statements in:

./seq/aseqnet/aseqnet.c
