(Un)fortunatelly this motherboard provide two different jacks for Mic and Line-In instead of one single jack in the pci version of the sb live 24 bit (see image). The result is that I cannot use line-in for my soundcard becuase the volume is 0 and I cannot change it. The "Capture feedback into playback" in the mixer change the mic's volume. ====================================================================== ---------------------------------------------------------------------- jcdutton - 05-30-05 14:33 ---------------------------------------------------------------------- At the "SPDIF Out", press M to change it. Not + ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Cimmo - 05-30-05 14:56 ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Just done! Pressing M mute and unmute spdif out (in the screenshot https://bugtrack.alsa-project.org/alsa-bug/view.php?id=2 was unmuted) still no line-in. I don't know if spdif-OUT is related to line-IN. There is also a SPDIF Unknown (last one in the screenshot) that is at 100% volume and unmuted... How can I help you to fix the bug?
