For the kernel, try:
git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/tiwai/sound-2.6.git
For alsa-driver snapshot, try:
ftp://ftp.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/people/tiwai/snapshot/alsa-driver-snapshot.tar.gz
