Please elaborate what doesn't work. The loopback from a mic input to a speaker or a hp? Or the recording from a mic? In the case of recording, make sure that you turn on 'Capture' switch, raise 'Capture Volume', and choose 'Mic' (or 'Front Mic') in 'Input' source.
