not forgotten, but it's difficult to debug.
the problem is the behavior of submit_urb() and unlink_urb() is quite
dependent on the hub module and kernel version.

try async_unlink option. it's experimental but better for 2.6.
on 2.4 usb-uhci, it caused oops, though...
