as a test, simply replace ICE1712_SUBDEVICE_DELTA1010LT definition in
delta.h with your id (0xce164010).
then it should appear as if delta 1010LT.

only GPIO pins are used for communication with the codec chips. 
usually there are two or three pins via I2C or SPI mode for clock,
data, and chip-select.
