Hi Dave, Daniel,

A few fixes for 5.1:
- Cursor fixes
- Add missing picasso pci id to KFD
- XGMI fix
- Shadow buffer handling fix for GPU reset

The following changes since commit d939f44d4a7f910755165458da20407d2139f581:
