This DC patchset brings improvements in multiple areas. In summary, we have:
-fix for build failure uninitalized error
-Bug fix for DP2 using uncertified cable
-limit unbounded request to 5k
-fix DP LT sequence on EQ fail
-Bug fixes for S3/S4
