Hi, I don't know if you're aware of this behavior, but I'm surprised
it's not more of an issue.
I have an Alfa 036NHA with an Atheros UB91C card. Wifi connects, races
for a little while, stalls to nothing, and then continues
intermittently after that fluctuating between slow and stalled. This
behavior started with an Arch Linux upgrade to linux 4.4.x and it
persists through kernel 4.6.2. When I downgrade to linux 4.3.x
everything works great again. Currently using kernel 4.3.6-1.
I'm surprised more bug reports aren't circulating about this. The Alfa
036NHA is a very popular usb wifi card, especially among war drivers,
and Arch is also a popular distro among the same crowd. I'd be happy to
provide any log outputs that would be helpful. I'm actually on a new
computer with a new installation of Manjaro, yet the exact same
behavior persists between kernel 4.3.x and all later kernels.
To my thinking there must be something in the change logs to ath9k b/t
the last iteration of linux 4.3 and the first of 4.4.
Thanks very much for any consideration and attention you could give
this.
Linuxista

There was a bug added by me... this patch was fixing it:
https://git.kernel.org/cgit/linux/kernel/git/torvalds/linux.git/commit/?id=de478a61389cacafe94dc8b035081b681b878f9d
please try lates kernel, may it was fixed by this patch... Beside, did
you updated the firmware as well?
