First of all, thank you for the quick answer.

I had that problem in many different situations: during surfing 
Internet, after I left the PC in pause for a while, during building 
kernel, close to the router, far from the router.
In short in every situation one can use a PC.

Which other details may I provide to help you?

These are last snapshots for kernel 2.6 or also for kernel 3.1?
Since it's complicated for me to work with three different kernels, I'd 
prefer to focus for the moment on kernel 3.1.6.

I've download and built the latest stable compat-wireless 3.2, with 
kernel 3.1.6 and I've turned off at the boot the power management (with 
"iwconfig wlan0 power off") and for the moment it seems to work, I've 
had the pc up for 2 hours without the problem.
But of course I need more tests to be sure that this can fix it.

I attached here the last dmesg after the error, in effect I find here 
just 2422 mhz.

I can see that my dmesg is pretty identical to Liao Haohui one, posted 
yesterday.
