OK, I have those 3 settings as expected on bpf/master branch:

kodidev:~/linux$ grep CONFIG_DEBUG_INFO .config
CONFIG_DEBUG_INFO=y
# CONFIG_DEBUG_INFO_NONE is not set
# CONFIG_DEBUG_INFO_DWARF_TOOLCHAIN_DEFAULT is not set
CONFIG_DEBUG_INFO_DWARF4=y
# CONFIG_DEBUG_INFO_DWARF5 is not set
# CONFIG_DEBUG_INFO_REDUCED is not set
CONFIG_DEBUG_INFO_COMPRESSED_NONE=y
# CONFIG_DEBUG_INFO_COMPRESSED_ZLIB is not set
# CONFIG_DEBUG_INFO_SPLIT is not set
CONFIG_DEBUG_INFO_BTF=y
CONFIG_DEBUG_INFO_BTF_MODULES=y

I also attached the full .config in my original mail if you think other
config options might be suspect.

Is there anything else I can check? What do you make of the many pahole
"die__process:" warnings? Could it be related to your comment here:

Thanks,
Tony
