This fixes below build errors with nommu:

): undefined reference to `fork'
collect2: rarpd.cld returned 1 exit status:
(.text+0x690): make[1]: warning*** [rdisc] Error 1

gethostbyname is obsolescent, use getnameinfo() instead.
