[Buildroot] [PATCH v4 14/14] qmx6_defconfig: update

- Update kernel
- Add u-boot configuration
- 6q_bootscript.txt is no more needed by new version of u-boot
- Add support for graphical drivers
- Enable Qt5 (eglfs) since many of users will enable it with this
  configuration. Sure, this is subject to debate. It depends
  if we want to provide demo configurations.
