Gtk 1.x does not build here:

Gtk 1.x is not very ancient, I'm not sure it's really useful anymore.
The package hasn't been updated in a while (it's still 1.2.10, while
the latest version of the 1.x series is 1.3.15).
Can't we just remove it from Buildroot ? If so, both libgtk12 and
libglib12 can be removed.
