Ideas:
* Instead of "Shell and utilities", have two menus: "Shell" and
"Utilities".
* In the "Shell and utilities" menu, create two sub-sections,
separated by comments:
comment "Shells"
... some packages ...
comment "Utilities"
... some packages ...
