Applied patch 1, 2, 3, 5, 6 and 8 of your patch series.
Patch 4 you said yourself that it should be withdrawn, so I've marked
it as Rejected in patchwork.
Patch 7 is a bit more complicated, so I'd like to give it some time for
reviewers/testers to comment.
