You can do the backport locally, but support for Galileo will not be in 2015.11, but in 2016.02. Indeed, we did not merge the Galileo patches before 2015.11-rc1, and since it's a new feature and not a bug fix, we won't merge it for 2015.11. Is this a big problem?
