[Buildroot] GSoC 2016

Hello All!

I'm happy to inform you that Buildroot has candidated to be a mentoring
organisation for the Google Summer of Code 2016!

We previously mentored two students, one in each of 2013 and 2014, who
provided some enhancements to the graphic and multimedia support for
ARM SOCs in Buildroot.

This year, we offer a wide range of topics touching the core of
Buildroot; the list of topics is available on our ideas page:

I'd like to thank the five core developpers that have volunteered to be
mentors this year, and have helped with the preparation of the topic
list: Arnout, Peter, Romain, Thomas and me.

Of course, this list is not definitive; we can still add new topics.
Feel free to offer suggestions.

Google is now reviewing the candidate organisations, and will announe
the final list of participating organisations on February, the 29th.
