Sometimes $(1)/$($(PKG)_ERLANG_LIBDIR) is used, sometimes
$(1)$($(PKG)_ERLANG_LIBDIR). Make this consistent, without /, because
$($(PKG)_ERLANG_LIBDIR) already starts with a /.
