  - 'gst-plugins-bad: Revert "openjpeg: Support building with openjpeg 2.3"' ([2]) 
  - 'gst-plugins-bad: openjpeg: Remove compatibility with openjpeg 2.0' ([3])
  - 'gst-plugins-bad: openjpeg: Support building with openjpeg 2.3, simpler' ([4])
