This select was not needed, because whenever BR2_PACKAGE_QT5 is
enabled, it selects BR2_PACKAGE_QT5BASE. And if BR2_PACKAGE_QT5 is not
enabled, you can't even see BR2_PACKAGE_QT5WEBVIEW.
