OK, but then we have another exception: glibc on ppc64le, gcc 7.4 or
above is required, with the execption of gcc 7.5.

However, when BR2_GCC_VERSION_7_X=y, we do build gcc 7.5.

So, glibc should probably have: depends on !BR2_GCC_VERSION_7_X

Thoughts?

Also, in that same file. line 544:

  * Python 3.4 or later
    Python is required to build the GNU C Library. [...]
