Not the buildroot defconfigs are about a minimal starting point (not full featured for
the supported board)....
The option BR2_PACKAGE_RPI_WIFI_FIRMWARE should be the one:
$ make menuconfig
--> Target packages
--> Hardware Handling
--> Firmware
--> rpi-wifi-firmware
