The commit title is wrong: that's a package addition, not a package
bump.
The entry in the DEVELOPERS file was missing.
The COPYING.MPL, COPYING.GPL and COPYING.LGPL files should have been
part of the license files (and hashes).
I've applied to next after addressing those small issues.
