Tested in QEMU. I was wondering why we needed to add something to cmake for riscv support, since we've been building a lot of riscv for quite some while now, so this was a bit confusing... But it turns out that this is just about ctest, the only thing from cmake that we build for the target. I've very slightly tweaked the commit title to reflect that. Applied to master, thanks.
