Ah, is the 64MiB SDcard required to be bootable under qemu?
I.e. is it the same issue as fixed by 6f9e83f5f74d (support/testing:
test_ubi: reduce the rootfs.ubi size to 64M to match the Qemu emulated
flash device)?
