I've added:

LIBSPDM_INSTALL_TARGET = NO

here, as this package only installs header files + static libraries, so
nothing goes into $(TARGET_DIR).

> +	cp -dpfr $(@D)/lib/* $(TARGET_DIR)/usr/lib/

And I dropped this as a consequence.
