Thanks, I've applied! I adjusted two things:
- The TF-A patch was missing an Upstream: tag
- The defconfigs must now provide hashes for all tarballs, using
BR2_DOWNLOAD_FORCE_CHECK_HASHES=y, so I added those hashes
