Your patch was not applying cleanly to the next branch, because there
has already been another bump of rsyslog, so I fixed that up when
applying. After -rc1 is released, version bumps are applied in the
"next" branch, so that we can stop updating things in "master" and
stabilize for the release, so during that period, you should ideally
based the patches that target the "next" branch... on the next branch :-)
