I haven't updated libtirpc configure for a while.  Good point, I see, it was
added by Khem quite recently, in 1-3-7-rc4 (which is already released as 1.3.7).

Thanks for working on this! BTW you're maintainer of nfs-utils. Don't you want
also consider maintaining rpcbind and libtirpc?
