Thanks for the review. Updated patch attached:
- BR2_PACKAGE_NETWORK_MANAGER dependency and BR2_PACKAGE_NETWORK_MANAGER_CLI select
- trailing newlines in all package files
- runtime test exercising nmcli.general.status() with systemd + NetworkManager
