Removed patch which was applied to fix a build error with gcc < 13 seen
with mesa 26.1.x.

Renumbered remaining patches.

Rebased patches 0005-0007 by replacing them with non-rebased versions
of the upstream commits. The rebase was only needed for the mesa's
26.1.x branch.

Added patch 0008 to fix a build error which would be introduced by this
bump due to upstream commit:

The assert was added to 26.2.0 with upstream commit

but neither do I understand it nor do I have an idea about how to fix
the build error.
