file doesn't exist:
BR2_PACKAGE_BUSYBOX_CONFIG="package/busybox-1.6.0.config"

this doesn't work any more:
BR2_LINUX_COPYTO_TFTPBOOT=y
BR2_LINUX_COPYTO=""
