Hi Alper,
Yes a post build script is useful. enter your script path in menuconfig
target_filesystem_options -->
It becomes in your .config something like:
BR2_ROOTFS_POST_BUILD_SCRIPT=
"$(TOPDIR)/target/device/beagleboard/patchrootfs.sh"
