[Buildroot] compiling microperl

I'm not sure, but try to
/usr/bin/gcc -L/usr/local/lib -lm  -o miniperl miniperlmain.o opmini.o
libperl.a
I think, the mathlib is missing. My colleague recently had a similar
problem.
