I don't know but by default buildroot doesn't use a repo for the at91bootstrap.
On the other hand there is a possibility to patch the at91bootstrap for a custom
board from the buildroot menu.
I saw this repo (https://github.com/linux4sam/at91bootstrap.git) on the web.
Please tell me what is the best option.
